Is Timing Everything?

The most beautiful thing about God's timing is that it is precisely that, His timing. He knows when you are ready for the unimaginable, whether it be a new job, school, marriage, or relationship. His timing is perfect. However, when we rely on our understanding, we often encounter setbacks or failures.

Many of you know my testimony from contemplating abortion and choosing to keep my baby, to enduring a difficult pregnancy journey, and now being blessed with a beautiful son. You know about my struggles with finding a home, facing multiple rejections for home loans, and finally securing a house for my son and me. You’ve witnessed my academic journey, dropping out of graduate school only to return and complete the semester with a 3.0 GPA. All these experiences have shown me that my son is my greatest blessing, a clear manifestation of God's perfect timing.

Even through the challenges of postpartum depression, when it felt like the walls were closing in, everything started to fall into place after Ermias was born. If you look back at my blog post "The Year of Alignment," you will see how my son became my biggest blessing and marked the beginning of many more blessings to come.

In all things, trust God's timing. There are numerous stories in the Bible where God gave instructions and promises that were fulfilled according to His timing. He always knows what is best for us.
